This Limited Release is from "Hacienda Café del Alba" owned by Ivette Pagán and is located in the small town of Ciales, Puerto Rico with an elevation of 1,800 ft. above sea level. This coffee is hand-picked ripe, washed, and slowly sun-dried. Café del Alba has been producing its own coffee since 1999 and we have partnered with them through Ruth Mariel an upcoming coffee producer who processed this amazing selection from this year's crop. This is a small production farm and we are lucky to bring you this special coffee produced by Ruth.
