Refund policy

Refunds

All of our online and retail sales of coffee are non returnable and non exchangeable. We will only refund or replace online orders for the full amount including shipping if the package is lost, damaged or stolen prior to arriving at its final destination. If the order received is incorrect, we will provide you with a return shipping label and replace or refund the order upon delivery of the return package. Do not send any damaged or incorrect orders back without first obtaining a return shipping label from us. Packages sent back without it will not be refunded nor replaced, this includes any shipping costs associated with its unauthorized return. Finally, we are not responsible for any delivery issues if an incorrect address is entered during checkout.
