Surrounded by a tropical rainforest climate, and located in the heart of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, we are pleased to share this limited-release coffee from producer Lanny Robins. This coffee is hand-picked ripe, washed, and slowly sun-dried. He grows Borbón, Caturra, and Limaní varietals of coffee. These varietals are known for their rich and deep chocolate flavor, with notes of vanilla and berry. After hulling the ripe cherries, he ferments the coffee in the wash tank for a few days to enhance flavor and aroma. This process results in a clean and bright cup, highlighting its unique characteristics.
